Directions to The Old Malthouse,
Upper Lambourn from J14 of the M4 (from London)

After leaving the M4 at junction 14, take the 3^rd exit off the roundabout, signed for Lambourn and Wantage.  After approx ¼ mile take your first left onto the B4000 to Lambourn, you will pass a pub on your right called ‘The Pheasant’.

Proceed along the B4000 for approx 4 miles, take the 3^rd official turning on your right signed for Lambourn, opposite the ‘Hare and Hounds’ pub.  – note this is a 50mph zone.

Follow that road past ‘Kingwood Stud’ and down the hill into Lambourn.  As you drive into the village, take your first left into ‘Crowle Road’.  Turn right at the T junction.  Left at the next T junction (you will see signs for the Equine Vet Hospital)

Follow this road (B4000 – direction of Ashbury and Shrivenham) into Upper Lambourn.  Take the 4^th turning on your right (which is just past Berkley House Stables and the next turning after Maltshovel Lane) there is a small sign on the left of the road pointing right to Upper Lambourn. *** Drive down the road, just before the roads bends sharply to the left, you will see a small bungalow set behind a stone wall, just after the stone wall, set into another stone wall there is a wooden gate – this is the entrance to The Old Malthouse, the gate is electric and will open automatically when you drive up to it.

*** NB: To Jamie’s Office:

Take the right turn to Upper Lambourn as above, and turn into the first gateway on the left into the car park just before the small lay-by.  Walk through the small pedestrian gate into the yard, follow the track round to the left, and just in front of the large barn, to the right you will find the office.
